Empower Fitness Kettlebell – REVIEW

Designed for women by women.

If you have been following my blog you have noticed that I truly support Empower Fitness. I love the company motto, Be active. Be healthy. Be strong and of course their company name.

Kettlebells have exploded in their popularity in gyms over the last few years.  I enjoy working out with them soo much that they are listed as one of my 7 home gym essentials; a must have for any home gym. Aside from all their great benefits list in my previous “home gym essentials” post, a kettlebell will add that extra bit of UMPH to your workout. Now who doesn’t want that extra UMPH.

Here I am doing a few of the moves with my new Kettlebell.

Founded by a woman for women (love it!), Empower Fitness strives to educate, motivate and inspire women into getting active, stronger and healthier.

My Thoughts:
A++ all the way. Can you tell I love the product? The rubber lining encasing the kettlebell  is easy on the hands and if you’re like me, my hands tend to get really sweaty when I’m working out. I’m a true beauty in the gym but who isn’t?  Depending on your strength and comfort level the kettlebells come in a various colors and weight options.
When receiving the package these women didn’t skip a beat, complete with instructional guides and a DVD that offers a variety of workouts to choose from based on your training stage.
There’s something for everyone. Wanna an at home Kettlebell Bootcamp Workout well you’re in luck, Empower Fitness provides this workout with each of their Kettlebells.  If your a visual learner like me than you’re in luck. The company also provides a YouTube video with their very own Gin Miller demonstrating and explaining each exercise.
The wonderful people at Empower Fitness are giving one of my readers (US only) the chance to win their very own Kettlebell. Enter below for your chance to win. Winner will be chosen November 15th, 2012 at 12am EST.
