The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural weight loss: REVIEW

Diet Dropout book cover

The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural Weight Loss: Find Your Easiest Path to Naturally Thin  is an easy to read, fact based, practical, non-gimmicky and thought provoking book written by Dr. Stan Spencer.  Within the pages you will learn the necessary tools that will help you change your thinking patterns and lifestyle choices that have lead you into the path of your current physical and mental state and lead you to achieve permanent weight loss in a positive healthy manner.

Dr.  Spencer explains that natural, permanent weight loss simply consists of changing the situations, habits, and thought patterns that have caused you to gain weight in the first place.

This is NOT a diet book full of the same strategies to lose weight quickly by eating this or taking that and exercising for an obscene amount of time that is both not realistic or healthy in the long run. This book instead is a guide with simple, thought provoking concepts with many take away practical messages that cover individual behavior changes needed to keep the weight off permanently.
If you make those changes permanent, your weight loss will be permanent also. That’s it.
You don’t need supplements, specially formulated shakes, delivered meals, drugs, surgery, fancy exercise equipment, or any other weight loss product. You don’t even need to track calories, follow detailed meal plans, or learn complex recipes. If your ancestors could be thin without following a special diet or buying the latest weight loss product, you can too.

“Excess fat is a collection of bad habits” Dr. Stan Spencer, PhD

This sounds like a helpful guide, and I’m especially resonating with the need to enjoy exercise. Once you do, and it’s fun, it’s so easy to incorporate into your daily routine (because you want to).
